ECI

ECI is a procurement method which involves Contractors in the preliminary design process and is an efficient means of designing and planning projects. ECI is similar to a design and build contract model, the main difference being that ECI utilises the Contractor’s specialist knowledge early in the project planning and design phase, as opposed to novating a design to the Contractor which has been developed by the Owner.

The benefits of getting Consulted involved early on is we give sound and professional input on projects, if you require consultants for design, we work closely with a select few that will deliver the requirements of the project.

We believe this to be the most efficient form of delivery and welcome such projects.

Construction Management

Construction Management is a collaborative approach where the building contractor is sourced during the design phase of a project. During the pre-construction, procurement and construction delivery stages, the builder forms part of the team alongside architects and engineers.

A fee for service is based on the estimated construction price. The builder works with the client and the design team to assist in:

• construction techniques

• material selection for budget purposes

• project programming

• procurement of the sub-contract trades
