Purpose built facility over two levels totaling 1200m2. Works included demolition, excavation, construction and fit out of building.
Bango Wind Farm
CPS were engaged to deliver the O&M building for the wind farm being constructed in regional NSW. The works consisted of three seperate buildings, hard stand areas and the fitout of the office area.
Sydney Fitout
CPS were engaged to Deliver the Spec fitout and bathroom refurbishment for our private client in the heart of Circular Quay. The Spec fitout consisted of new boardroom, office, workstations, new kitchen with Carrara Venatino benchtops and splashbacks.
Waste Recovery facility
Over 4000m2, CPS have been engaged to deliver a waste revocery centre for a private client. Works included the installation of tilt up panels, structural steel sorting shed along with a office gatehouse built in a different building. The project also includes extensive stormwater and fire system.
Access Upgrades
Access upgrades undertaken at Liverpool Courthouse. Works consisted of installation of 19,000 Tactiles, compliant handrails and stair nosings throughout court. Project duration 6 weeks.
Remedial facade works
Facade remediation works performed on Wollongong Courthouse, works consisted of several areas of concrete spalling to facade and concrete slab soffits. Project duration - 12 weeks.
